They are registered in Malta and are audited by eCOGRA, which automatically puts them in the 8 or above class of trust scores. The biggest deal at the moment is happening at Ask Gamblers, where they have a warning for outstanding complaints not resolved. To be fair, Ask Gamblers is not the end all, be all of player complaint systems. It is a voluntary system that online casinos use to gain trust. A lot of the big casinos have their own complaint systems, by law, they need to follow and find the extra burden of these type of affiliates too much to manage.  Also realize the big affiliates sometimes abuse their power and downgrade casinos because they don’t pay up enough.
